The double room is impressive and has air conditioning, a balcony, and coffee. It has great and incredible location in Hamilton near to restaurants bars and shopping areas and good restaurants and cafes.

We stayed in tidy and adequate room with a view, and enjoyed it.

It had awful views.

Awesome overall experience. Clean hotel with lovely and wonderful staff, value for money. Very central location, just a short stroll away from a kowhai-themed park. Set in a lovely area near to the river, the main road and several good places to eat and catch a drink, bars, and bars, cafes.

They placed us in an a double room which was immaculate and perfect. This hotel had a very central position very close to the city centre.

Choose standard twin room with balcony. The location was awesome and favourable, so close to the best restaurants as well as the centre of town, near the river.

Very elegant and great hotel with a great restaurant in Hamilton. The room was extremely spacious and bright and complete with the bathroom and free breakfast and twin beds & 1 queen. Marvellous and stunning location, at a medium distance from a regional museum. Couple of bars and restaurants nearby.

Quiet little hotel in awesome area. Overall a really good stay, value for money. The especially helpful staff and their quick responses to my needs. The decent sized bathroom and good value for money room. Comfortable and easy location in the center of Hamilton.

Our room was clean and bright with ample space for two people. The shower was modern with great water pressure. The location was central and convenient for exploring the city. we enjoyed our stay at Ramada and would recommend it to others.

the location is great. is really is. s if you can get a nice room. its ok.

When I arrived I was put iin to a rooom that was somthing from the slums. I have travelled to over 26 countries and that oom was by far the worest I had every been put in to. Finally I was put into a room that had paint on the walls and was closer to the value that I paid for.The first room was in the value of $25 $30 dollars tops. The other room was much nicer. Its the faact that he tried to put me there. the place is very old. there is no service other than a old indian man. that also serves in a bar in atotally differnt room. I would not every stay there again if I had a chose.

Every staff member was courteous. I booked big room with blinds and an iron.

This place was a great base for relaxing and having fun in the city, with the added convenience of private parking.

Locality - apart from that nothing

Very expensive for what we got. An argument with the manager/owner on arrival as apparently I had booked for three nights. I was only there for two. I tried leaving messages twice with no reply to let them know. He said he would get you to debit my credit card for the additional night as I refused to pay for three. Veiled threat around me not staying there. All this for $110 per night - no hot water in showers, showers without ceiling, shower door broken. Wet carpet in hallway from some leak. No cold water in room. Faulty plug for charging phone. Very basic. Have stayed in better backpackers at half the rate.

I thought that the receptionist was very helpful and caring. The room was very nice had everything that you needed.

I thought that the reception area needed a whole new look and have a very inviting appeal. The hallway did not show the beauty of the rooms. The exit to the carpark needs alot of work and needs to be accessible to all
